Generally speaking,the common ones are natural rubber and butyl rubber, high temperature resistance and aging
resistance of butyl rubber are better than natural rubber with long service life.At the same time, the gas tightness is
very good, so medium-and-high-end inner tubes are usuallly made up of butyl rubber.

Nowadays,the butyl rubber we are using is nanocoatinged material , of which high temperature resistance and aging
resistance as well as air tightness have 30-50% performance increase ,compared with commom butyl rubber.

                                               WHAT ARE NANOMATERIALS

Nanomaterials are the general term for zero-dimensional, one-dimensional, two-dimensional, and three-dimensional
materials that are composed of ultra-fine particles less than 100nm(0.1-100nm) in size and have small size
effects.The concept of nanomaterials was formed in the mid-1980s. Nanomaterials showed excellent optical,
electrical, magnetic, thermal, mechanical and mechanical performances, which made them quickly penetrated into
all fields of materials, and become a hot spot of current scientific fields in the world.


                                     THE ADVANTAGES OF NANOCOATINGED MATERIALS

1.High hardness and abrasive resistance
Adding nano phase in the hard and abrasive coating can further the hardness and abrasive resistance of the coat
ing, and maintain high toughness.
2.Super lubrication, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance

                                             HOW TO CHOOSE AN INNER TUBE

1. Confirm the specifications
Check the specifications on the side of the cover tyre, what is shown in the figure is 29X2.35, then we can use our
29X2.125/2.40 inner tube.
29 refers to the wheel diameter (wheel diameter), mountain bike wheels are generally 29 inches, 1.95 refers to the
tire diameter (section width).
Generally, there is a suitable range for inner tube size. For example, the inner tube labeled 27.5×1.95 ~ 2.1 indicates
that the inner tube can be used with the cover tyre,of which diameter is 27.5 inches and the width in the range of
1.95 ~ 2.1inch

                                  CHOOSE THE VALVE NOZZLE

The choice of air nozzle can be determined by the holes in your rim.The length selection is based on the thickness
of the rim (formula calculation: length of the nozzle minus thickness of the rim ≥2cm). In order to facilitate pumping,
the nozzle length should be larger than 2cm of the rim.
There are only two lengths of the mouth, one is 32L(32mm), most mountain bikes are in this case.The other one is
48L(48mm). Some ordinary mountain bikes have thickened rings, so they need to use longer air nozzles. Four
lengths of nozzles are available , 35mm/48mm/60mm/80mm.

                                 CHOICE OF INNER TUBE THICKNESS

Choice of inner tube thickness(Our current tire thicknesses are1.1±0.5mm)
Different thickness of the inner tubes match different situations, the general thickness of the inner tube is 0.87mm,
on this basis, there are 0.73mm, 0.6mm, 0.45mm thickness of the lightweight inner tubes.Furthermore,1.2mm,
2.25mm, 4.3mm thickness of the strengthened inner tube is available.
1.The lightweight inner tube is mainly used in bicycle speed competition. The lightweight inner tube can reduce the
weight of wheel rotation.Because the thickness is reduced but the strength is not small, the price is more expensive
than the inner tube of the ordinary thickness .
2.The enhanced inner tube is used for high strength condition, such as high strength mountain cross-country, DH,
BMX, etc. The 4.3mm super thick inner tube is thin inside and thick outside, extremely thick and heavy, which can
reduce the possibility of puncture.
3. For common cycling, we can use an ordinary or slightly thicker inner tube.
4. White powder on the inner tube
When the inner tube is taken out of the mold, the manufacturer will sprinkle non-toxic and environmentally friendly
white powder in the mold to facilitate removal and prevent adhesion.This is done on purpose, some people say that
it looks dirty,just like an old used inner tube, but it is a normal phenomenon.

                                          TIRE CHANGE INSTALLATION STEPS

(Please refer to the standard about tire changing procedure for replacement so you won’t hurt the inner and cover tyres)

1.Test before installation
In order to ensure the utilization, please make a good inspection first, aerate the inner tube into the water and turn it
slowly to check whether the inner tube are leaking (leaking air will give off blisters).
In addition, we should carefully check whether the rim is distorted, deformed, whether the tire ring is broken, whether
the inner wall of the tire is dirty and nails, in order to prevent failure after installation.
2.Prepare the pump and tire bar in advance.
3.Use a tire iron to ring the outer tread wheel up and down (be careful that the tire iron is can not inserted too deeply
and try to avoid breaking the bead inside the rim).
4.Remove the old inner tube from the tire.
5.Inflate the inner tube slightly (To install the tube, inflation are in two steps, filling in a small amount of gas,
stopping slightly, then deflat to flatten out the folded part of the tube, then inflate up to the required air pressure.
Do not inflate the tube too quickly.Because the inner tube is soft and foldable, if the tube is suddenly inflated in large
amounts after it is inserted into the outer tube, the wrinkle in the inner tube may be crushed to death before it has
time to stretch, causing damage to the inner tube.)

6.Secure the inner tube valve nozzle to the rim before installing the inner tube
7.Attach the outer tube to the rim.
8. Check that none of the inner tube is clamped on the cover tyre and the rim.
9. Properly aerate.

Many professional cycling lovers are used to see the tire pressure when inflate a tire, but more tyro friends are by
intuition, of course, normal riding by intuition is OK .But you should also take high temperature weather and road

1.Do not be exposed to the sun
If the bicycle is left in strong sunlight for a long time, the ultraviolet radiation in the sun will cause age to the inner tube .
2.Pay attention to changing the tire
The process of changing the tire is very easy to cause damage to the inner and cover tyre, so it is best to use the tire
bar when prying tires, rather than just looking for a sharp object.When installing the inner tire, be sure to install tidily,
do not bend it.
